What will it cost to ship my order?

We have a flat rate of $5.50 for shipping within the continental United States.  Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping. 

Where do we ship?

At this time, we only process orders and ship to the continental United States and its territories.  We also ship to Canada, but you are responsible for all shipping costs including any customs and duties.

How soon will I receive my package?

Most orders will ship out of our Georgia location  in 3 to 5 business days.  During high volume times, such as orders made during sales, it may take longer.  If you choose Expedited/Express Shipping, it will take an average of 3-7 days for your package to reach you in the continental US. Please note that the US Postal Service does not guarantee First Class or Priority shipping times.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee how the carrier handles your package once we hand it off to them, but we will always make our best effort to get your order out as quickly as possible. You should order well in advance of when you need an item to ensure that it arrives on time. You can track your order with the tracking number emailed to you upon shipping.

What if I don't receive my package?   You will receive a tracking number when your package is shipped.  We ask that you first check the status of your package using the tracking number.  If your package is lost, please contact us immediately.  We do everything we can to make sure your package is delivered to you safely.  However, we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email.
